Microsoft Small Business Server is the correct product name, currently :-) Version 4.5 was indeed called BackOffice SBS.

It also includes SQL Server 2000, Exchange 2000 and other tidbits like modem sharing that add to the value off the product. If you don't need or want SQL Server or Exchange, stick with vanilla Win2k Server. SBS can be a bear to configure and requires a lot of horsepower.
