As you said, I tried refreshing the text box only. But it did not work. Even in a test form, I removed all code lines which trigger refresh and created a command button, which refreshes the text box. If I go up/down in the grid, and I am in the 1st column of the grid, clicking command button does not change the value of the text box. If I do so from any other column, it changes.

I am really confused.
