You should have very few problems - this was the easiest upgrade yet. Some syntax was tightened up, but that will jump right out the first time you do a Compile All, and there were a few more functions migrated out of FoxTools. The one thing that you'll see much comment on is the change in how index files are built - they can take up a lot more room (8.0 seems to have gone back to the "old" 6.0 technique - hurray).
