Of the the items that are printer dependent, one thing that tends to trip folks up is the tray settings in the printer driver (probably what's causing the printer to pause -- either it's set to manual select or you've selected a tray that isn't loaded). You might want to clear out some or all the information in the EXPR, TAG and TAG2 fields in your .FRX. If you're using landscape printing, leave the ORIENTATION setting in the EXPR field.
