Form scrollbars were added in VFP6. I can only suggest that you upgrade to VFP7 (VFP8 should be available in about 8 weeks). You could create some sort of thin-client app, using web browser on client side. But this would either be very time-consuming to create, or you would need to get some sort of third-party program to help with this...and they may not support VFP5 anymore...
