I would like to create a menu pad, and a macro to automate transfer of the Inbox to a vfp table.

Andy and I had an article in the KitBox Column in FoxTalk Magazine last October called "A New Outlook on Outlook" that does exactly that. I think Whil followed up with an article in Either November or December called "Look Out! It's Outlook!" that expanded on what we did in our column.
