We have a multi developer nightmare with my companies systems and I wondered if anyone had hit the same problem.

We have 20+ systems sharing a common VCX, the problem is that every time we build a system using the 'BUILD EXE' command the VCX is recompiled (even though it hasn't changed!)

This causes all sorts of strange side effects as the VCX is exclusivly locked for that period, we've looked at changing the internal timestamp fields to no joy.
