Thanks for the quick replied. I tried both ways IIF(lproperty,"Yes","No") and IIF(lproperty=.T.,"Yes","No") and the result is still the same. I place lproperty and vproperty on my report and the report display lproperty = .T. and vproperty = "No" (lproperty is correct). I recreated the report under different name and I am still having the same problem. I hope this is not a bug? TIA
