Set Account to USER and assign the username and password in code. You should then not be prompted for the information during installation. In a prior message I gave you some sample code to set these properties. NETWORK SERVICE won't prompt you because it will use the built-in settings. If you go to your services for the machine and look at the login for different services, you will propbably see some for NETWORKSERVICE to see what login is used.
