I would not put the IIF(lproperty,'Yes','No') in the values to store then as a test. Let the actual value be .t. or .f. instead and in the report field expression (as in the directions in my previous post) try putting the IIF(lproperty,'Yes','No') there instead to just change the way lproperty is displayed (or whichever variable is not displaying correctly on the report).
