Let's say the parameters are passed to the Form.Init(). They are destroyed afterwards, so the logical thing to do is put code similar to the following in the Form.Init():
lparameters tnPar1, tcPar2
This.nPar1 = tnPar1
This.cPar2 = tcPar2
DoDefault()
...
