I still have an unattended application (.exe) which produces the dialog, "The Resource file is invalid. Overwrite with a new empty one?"

I have added the "anyprog.exe -C(path to the config.fpw)", same results.
I have added the text file to the project (it is included in the project) and rebuilt the executable, same results.

The config.fpw text file only contains (exactly) "RESOURCE=OFF"

Any suggestions?
