Thanks for your help, however, i think i was going down the wrong road. This program I have been using has been working for 1year now and i didnt do this before when using macros in outlook, so i presume i must have been using outlook 2000.

The next difference is that our server has been changed, im not an expert in this field at all, all i know is the people who receive the emails are saying they cannot read my attachments due to a header in the email 'content description' (i think MIME 4046 as someone mentioned this to me, but i know nothing about it).

Have u any suggestions for this?
