Sergey has given you one answer, which works, however I would highly recommend that you use a file anyway. Quite the contrary - it's probably faster to load the HTML that way.
Why? Well, if your HTML contains links to other things you will have to have them relatively linked somehow which you can't do when you simply assign the string. Everything would have to be hard coded links.
Assigning to the document (which you can also do with: oBrowser.Document.Body.InnerHtml BTW) works well if you have only text.
