This is a known bug. Here is the information from Crystal Decisions and their work-around:
http://support.crystaldecisions.com/library/kbase/articles/c2011974.asp>I've create my first Crystal report as a label. It prints fine - I use the default CrystalReportViewer. However it ignores any change to the "Number of Copies" spinner in the default windows print dialogue that appears.
>
>I have tweaked and nudged it on several printers and computers now, but it only prints one copy regardless of number selected, under any circumstances.
>
>Has anyone else experienced this problem? or know of a workaround, or has any advice whatsoever? Does the "Number of Copies" option work for you guys alright?
