FYI, this is most likely due to you previously having set the WindowType property to 1 - Modal. When you changed the ShowWindow property to 2 - Top-level, VFP automatically coerced the WindowType property to 0 Non-modal (Modeless) during form instantiation. Top-level forms can not be modal.

Kevin gave you the workaround for this.
