The late Ed Rauh posted a download to do this (File #9942), but even he recommended that it not be used for end-user applications. You should do whatever it takes to cause the customers system to match your requirements...that may mean you have to lower your requirements.

If you raise the resolution of their system, you should be able to configure the font settings in control panel (ie, make them larger) to satisfy their needs.
