It includes even more features and options that I don't need which make learning and navigation more difficult. Feature creep seems to be the price of progress. Vendors include dozens of new features to justify the upgrade cost. As a typical user, I would trade virtually all of them for the capability to have the features I use most often in the current version (about 10 per cent of the product) work more easily or work properly.
Folk wisdom indicates that the more a product can do, the more difficult it is to make it do anything correctly <g>.
