Listbox items and SQL Stored Procedure?

Hi,

Just needed an opinion.

I have 3 listboxes that have around 100 to 400 rows each.

I need to send the items in the listbox
into SQL so that I can insert them into a table.

I would like to send all the items at once if possible.


Any ideas on the most efficient way to do this?
