Ok, it was a file deep into the directory structure that had a Read-only flag set. I thought that using Windows Exploring and setting the flag in the properties affected all subdirectories and files. Anyone know if there is a utility that handles this?

Although my solution wasn't based on your reply, Nadya, it's nice talking with you again.
