Compiled code for PRG's included in the project is stored in the object memo filed in the project file. There's no relation between FXP on the disk and compiled code in the project. Changing one of them doesn't affect other.

I has a sub directory off of main structure called "PROGS" where all associated programs are kept --PRG'S and FXP's. We've made a change to a program and went to rebuild executable for distribution.
