Eddie,
Unless you are sending RTF emails, you have any control over the font. The font used when view plain-text emails is determined at the receivers end.
Also, I don't think you can use MAPI to send HTML email...
Options? You can use the SMTP control of wwIPStuff from West-Wind or Mail/X control from
www.mabry.com, and send HTML formatted messages. If the OS is W2K/XP (possibly NT) you can use CDO without buying third party tool.
>I am using MSMAPI to send e-mail messages from within foxpro. The e-mail contains columnar data so I really need to use a fixed font. Using Outlook 2000, I have no problem setting Outlook to use a fixed sized font for all new e-mail. But some of the users use Outlook Express and though I can change the default font, it doesn't seem to use it for messages created using MSMAPI.
