It doesn't cost more for you to use more words to describe the PROBLEM!

If you can't even tell us WHAT the expression of the "down" is (stops with failure code XXX or just hangs or ???) then I doubt that anyone can help.

Have you changed anything on the system(s) recently?...Hardware or software or applications?
