As Rich mentioned, there is an entire Chapter in MegaFox: 1002 Things You Wanted to Know About Extending VFP. However, the Chapter about creating Charts and Graphs is one of the sample chapters, so you can actually download that one for free. The sample chapter doesn't come with source code, but it may help get you started.
