Hopefully that information will let someone else help you (I know nil of IIS).

In the meantime, I assume that there are tables involved. Are you able to access these OTHERWISE?...Is there any sign of a problem with ANY of the tables involved in the app?
Do you have any ERROR routines in the VFP app...any info in there?
