>Since the lines end in the Page Footer, they will continue on until the end of the Page, right? So, how do you stop the lines at the end of the data, rather than the end of the entire page? Because of these neat lines, my summary data prints right on top of the Page Footer's lines. I had to take the lEndOfGroup report variable out of the objects I placed in the Summary band in order to get them to print, but, as I said above, they now print, but over vertical lines.

I read through this thread and let me see if I understand you right. You have everything working like you want .. except you have a vertical line defined from the page header to the page footer so when your summary prints, the line is through the summary. Whew .. if I'm following right .. here's a suggestion:

Try putting a vertical line in the summary band in the same location as the other bands .. and make the line white. You might have to play around with the front-to-back order .. but you might get lucky and have that line paint on top of the black line and fake the whole report out.
