Okay, its a puzzler...I tried two sets of vertical lines, and some "Print When" logic, and can get it close, but can't get the lines to line up with the horizontal line on the last page...

For this to work, the cursor needs an addition field. A flag that is set to true for all records that will end up on the last page. Also requires a report group on that flag, so those records will kick to next page if necessary. Print When logic on vertical lines looks at this flag.

Put the summary information in the eof() group footer to try this.
