I just read a great book that touches on the subject "Mega Fox: 1002 Things You Wanted To Know About Extending Visual FoxPro" from Hentzenwerke, but I have sitting on my shelf one I haven't gotten to yet that looks promising as well, "Client/Server Applications with Visual FoxPro and SQL Server."
