You might take a look at Software - Master (TM) Accounting. Its payroll system is Cost/Revenue Center centric. Each fund could be a separate Cost/Revenue Center and each grant within a fund could be a separate Cost/Revenue Center. The payroll module allow payment from an unlimited number of Cost/Revenue Center, so a single employee could receive a payroll check with the total coming from various funds like jobs, grants, etc. Software - Master (TM) Accounting can be downloaded at:
