Now, I went into the icon settings and forced the icon to be refreshed from the new EXE I just compiled, which is now VFP 8. I click Apply and see that the icon is being refreshed at the settings level. But, whenever I go back to the desktop, it is not refreshed. What should I do?

What is Windows color settings. I've seen this happen with color depth 16 bit or lower.
