Try finding your key file(s) under Components - Files, unchecking Use System Attributes, and typing in the correct version number and file size. This has recently worked for me in Developer 8 and ended a long siege of frustration.

Somehow it seems that Use System Attributes does not properly indicate that the version number is incrementing. My guess is that it's not reading FoxPro version numbers properly, even though it shows you the correct version number in the dialog.
