Another good way to prevent viri is to have one centralized email machine and have printer queues set up so you can print to different locations in the company as to who the email is addressed to. Also we disable all our floppy drives on the employees so that nobody can bring in a floppy with a dumb screensaver or something and give us a virus. If someone wants to bring something in, it goes to us to get scanned and put on the network, we are the only ones with floppy drives enabled. Any CD's coming in have to be scanned and signed off by us. This has worked well for us, and of course, deleting junk mail, and email from peeps ya don't know is common sense.

This has kept us clean for many years.
