Although I do not use any third party tool in the examples, I do recommend you to use one once you've got the general idea and are ready to write web applications for real.
>I have been coding all my life and have done a lot with Visual Fox, but I have not even looked at the web end of it and would love to build some apps for the web to access tables and such. I have programmed in java and many other languages, but I seem comfortible with Visual Foxpro. Are there any cool web sites, or what would be the best thing to look at to get started with this, also in mind that I did not have a lot of time, so working examples and such would be good?
