Something similar happens to me with Windows 2000 Professional, I believe it happens when I right click in the taskbar icon of any program that's either frozen, or just in the middle of something that does not allow interaction. In my case Explorer crashes and the menu options in every program are invisible until I pass the mouse cursor over them. The only fix I've found is to restart my PC.

>Is this a common VFP problem? Anytime I have an VFP exe that's in the middle of doing some processing (note, not when the app is idle), and I right click on the exe's task bar box, it causes issues like blanking out my screen, hiding all the desktop icons, etc. It's always the case.
