A VFP8 application on an NT4 workstation does not display the top right control box of of the report preview window. Users must use the toolbar CLOSE button or the ESC key to exit the report. This problem does not appear (in my testing) on Windows 2000 or WinXP. I consider this a minor inconvenience.

I realize that NT4 is not supported, but I think it would be useful to compile this type of issues for people needing to deploy on this platform.
