Another question; should I filter the zip codes before I run the report? Like, the user selects the report from the menu and then it asks for a zip code range, or should I just run all the zip codes and then ask the users to print certian page ranges to different printers? If I include all the zip codes, and then a paper jam happens, it would be difficult to determin exactly what pages were trashed (there are no page numbers on the report). Or am I being paranoid about a papter jam?

>>You get a discount at the post office for sorting by various zip code sorts (as in 3 digit, 4 digit, 5 digit, zip+4 sorts, etc.) I would contact the post master near you and ask him how you might sort and bundle these pieces to receive the best rates available. Once you get that straight, there's no reason why you couldn't spool those puppies to numerous printers on different print servers. (That should really speed things up!)
