program open et close immediately

With FPW26 (french) i cannot create a new screen in Win XP
fpw close itself without error message

If i open a existing screen, i obtain a error message in french
title of windows : ntvdm.exe
instruction "0x77f42a84" use memory address "0x00a2054c"
memory cannot be written
