Excellent movie. It was shelved after 9/11 (supposedly) because it showed Americans commiting terrorist acts. Michael Cain is subtle genious in his role. Brendan Fraser once again plays a meat head (like Gods and Monsters, The Mummy....) but as with Gods and Monsters he is very good. This movie is in my top 5 for 2002 (even though I didn't see it until 2003). Careful though, the Americans don't look good, the French don't, the Vietnamese don't either.
