I'll chime in with great things to say about this product. We've integrated the class libraries into our application for table reindexing and underlying structure updates, both of which require only a single method call in our code.

It works wonderfully. The only upfront work you have to do on your end is run SDT and have it build its metadata definitions based on your database and you're off and running.
