What I mean is that when you drop into the field, as when you tab or hit enter and it is the next field, it would be cool if the highlight would go directly to the particular customer that the person had before selected, just like it does with a combo box. Well, anyway, it was a thought.

What I am doing now is displaying two fields, which are not enabled. Before the two fields will be a button that the user will click on to get a modal form from which he will then select the desired customer from a grid. The selected customer number will be placed in the parent form's table and the customer's # and name will be displayed on the form in disabled textboxes.
