Have you set the cells to "wrap text"? If not, then select the entire column(s) that contain the memo field(s). Then from the menu select Format > Cells... > Alignment tab. Then check the Wrap Text option and OK.

I did not do that, but it would be possible by looping through the laGetFields array and writing those to the file before processing records. And yes, I did the import manually. I have not automated this process but it would be possible.
