Hi all
Recently I had installed a VFP app using VSI and all was well. Now I made changes to my app and recreated the VSI .msi
Now if I run the .msi then I get the option to Remove or Repair, as I did not want to remove I selected Repair and it was done well.
I ran my reinstalled (repaired) app for the first time and the results were very good.
I had to reinstall (repair) the app again and when I ran the app for the first time the results were very good. I shut down the app (also even if I shut down the PC) the second time onwards whenever I start the app the VSI runs again and repairs the app again and again.
How can I get the VSI to stop repairing again and again even when not requested?
I have Removed the app and Installed it but yet this repairing of the app second time onwards does not go away.
Please help!!!!
One thing I noticed here is that when I use the shortcut created by VSI to start the application then the repair works starts, but if I directly run the application exe then there is no repair perfomred.
How can I get the shortcut to behave properly, if that is the problem.
