Not sure, but one thing I know of a historical problem was "OWNER" of the files. Once you moved the files to the new server, who became the "OWNER" of the table... If invalid or disabled, then noone should be able to open.

You should be able to do a blanket update of all files within the FoxDOS application section and re-assign ownership the the network administrator (which will never be deleted). -- Just a thought and HTH.
