Try this:

Look in your Installer directory. Under Windows 2000, this should be \Winnt\Installer, on Windows XP this should be \Windows\Installer. You should see a file with the same date as your beta install, with a temp file name and the extension of .MSI. In Windows Explorer, you can move the mouse over each file to see a description tip window. You will see the text "Visual FoxPro 8.0 Professional - English RTL x86" in the tip window for the VFP8 Beta MSI. Rightclick on that MSI and select Uninstall from the context menu.

If that file does not exist, it would appear that you don't have the beta installed, perhaps the original installation did not complete sucessfully. If this is the case, the easiest way to proceed would be to install the beta, then uninstall it. I would think that would be easier than deleting the individual files and registry entries manually.

>Never got a reply on this. Posting one more time before I try to install the release version over the top of the Beta.
