FLAG all files in the directory structure of you app as shareable read/write:

FLAG *.* SHRW /S

or to add shareable, read/write, Don't compress, don't migrate and remove immediate compress and delete inhibit:

FLAG *.* +SH R W Dc Dm -Ic Di /S

You should also check the ownership. For example, if you want to change the ownership of all files on a volume to the administrator (a user which should never be deleted):

FLAG *.* /owner=n/a /name=.admin.novell /s /c

(NOTE:The .admin.novell should be changed to the correct context of the administrator account)
