I guess we could call this a "bonus" movement. Just like a bonus it is more than we expected and we cannot be sure of the exact amount.

>Glenn,
>OK, now I see what you are, BUT it only seems to happen after you've used the arrow keys without the Ctrl. i.e. If you open the form select a control, then the Ctrl+arrow combinations all work as expected. If you switch between arrows and Ctrl+arrows you get the "jump". It almost appears that the last arrow movement is still in a buffer, and the Ctrl+arrow starts by using it. (Try a different arrow before the Ctrl+arrow and it jumps differently!). It doesn't appear to be affected by the snap to grid setting.

>>>Hi Glenn,
>>>Well I can't check what the beta does anymore, but the real one seems to work "right". In the Menu->Tools->Options->Forms (tab), what have you got set for Grid lines, Snap to grid, and the Horizontal and Vertical spacing? Mine are checked and 4.
