Not likely. The form would need Access to display, and leaving security settings required to setup something like this aside most probably it would display on the server where noone will see it.

I haven't looked for something similar but there ought to be an Access to ASP form conversion out there somewhere. We have that for VFP, (some utilities in web connect) so I don't think its far-fetched.
