Yes I understand that Michel.
I did define the background for each of the frames too.
The background of the framesets was defined as a last attempt
because I did not know what causes this white refresh. I have
seen this on other sites too, and I have seen sites without it.
Could it be the time my server takes to send the information
to the browser ;)
