>I have an application developed in FoxPro. Over the next couple of weeks I need to add XML support to it. I am looking for opinions as to whether I should proceed with VFP7 and Westwind Connection or Proceed using the VFP8 beta until the production version is available for purchase outside an MSDN Subscription.

What mean I need to add XML support to it.
- You will transfer the data between two locations and will export and import data in your own application? - in this case VFP7.0 have enough features to do this job.
- You receive XSD schema from some government institution and you must send them data in XML? - first you should change you entire database according to requirements of XSD schema. Second you should create XML validating classes, which will validate your data during input. Create XML. For this job you will need C#.Net and VFP8(I don't advice you to use VFP8b).
- some other? - for proper advice give some more explanations
