If you are trying to stop PWS, then do it via the command that is in the WINDOWS/SYSTEM/INETSRV folder, issue PWS /STOP and PWS /START.
The windows interface, for some reason, doesn't shut it down properly.

Problem is that I can't replace the dll's once the application is started (even when I shut down the application and stop PWS). I tried to register the dll's in MTS, but this makes the application very slow.
